Police confirm the death of a man on Grand Anse Beach, St George

Police received the call about 11:45 am today, Wednesday 24 June 2015, after the man’s body was retrieved from the waters in the vicinity of the Vendors’ Market by two foreigners.

The man was pronounced dead by the Medical District Officer.

An autopsy is scheduled to be performed. Police are investigating.
