The National Water and Sewerage Authority (NAWASA), as part of its Capital Expenditure Programme, is undertaking improvements to its physical infrastructure throughout the State of Grenada. In line with this commitment, NAWASA invites suitably qualified and interested contractors to submit bids for the Annandale Water Treatment Plant Renovation Project.
SCOPE OF WORK
The scope of this project includes:
- Refurbishment of the operator’s house.
- Construction of new internal and external partitions and the casting of concrete slabs.
- Painting of interior and exterior walls and external railings.
- Removal and installation of new windows.
- External works, including the construction of a walkway over pipes.
BID REQUIREMENTS
Interested parties may request the Bills of Quantities electronically via email at [email protected] and [email protected].
A mandatory site visit will be conducted on June 10, 2026, at 10 am sharp at the NAWASA operator’s building. All interested parties are required to meet at the Annandale Water Treatment Plant, St George.
Completed bids must be submitted no later than June 22, 2026, at 3 pm.
