Key Responsibilities will include:
- Providing effective Human Resources support to ensure the smooth operation of various HR functions
- Supporting programs that will assist in maintaining a safe and secure environment for team members and customers
- Providing efficient and accurate administrative and operational support, including responsibility for all on Island reporting to ensure the efficient functioning of the Grenada operation
- Assisting in the management of an efficient and cost-effective store maintenance process for the operation. To act as contract administrator for all maintenance contracts
Candidate Requirements:
- Human Resources or Business Administration accreditation or related field will be an asset
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Resources related function
- Knowledge of Office Management systems and procedures will be an asset
- Fully conversant with Microsoft Office Suite with Intermediate Excel skills
- Sound understanding of Grenada’s labour legislation and regulations
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Solid analytical, problem solving and conceptual thinking skills
- Ability to take ownership of tasks, drive and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Approachable with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Adept in maintaining confidentiality and managing sensitive situations
- Ability to maintain a flexible working schedule in order to meet the needs of the organisation
