This notice provides property owners with the recorded value and classification of their property in our database as of December 2022. It does not require any payment, nor does it have any effect on your 2024 property tax bill.
Property owners who disagree with the assessed value or classification have the right to file an objection with the Division within 14 days of receiving the notice. Objection forms are available online at www.ird.gd, at all District Revenue Offices (DROs), and at the Division’s main office on Young Street, St George’s.
