Job Summary
The Marketing and Properties Manager provides strategic, high-level analysis and support to the General Manager, the Management team and Board of Directors of the Grenada Airports Authority (GAA) from a marketing and properties perspective; directs and oversees the Marketing and Property Management functions including but not limited to managing the relationship between the GAA and relevant stakeholders, identifying potential users of the available space at the Maurice Bishop International Airport (MBIA) and negotiating applicable terms and conditions; develops and implements an effective marketing programme and manages the customer and stakeholder experience.
Ultimately the Marketing and Properties Manager ensures the optimal use of space at the MBIA, an effective marketing programme and a customer service experience which will yield positive results for the benefit of the GAA.
Minimum Acceptable Academic/Technical/Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
Specific Skills/Experience and/or Knowledge
- Demonstrated advanced technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)
- Ability to read, analyse and interpret general business periodicals and professional journals
- Experience in Air Service Development and Property Management
- Experience in Public Relations
- Good customer service skills
Minimum Number of Years of Relevant Experience
- 4 years experience in the Marketing field at a Managerial level
