The Marketing Officer will be responsible for the execution of marketing activities across Blast locations.The Officer will support the development of the Brand by assisting with strategic and tactical sales and marketing plans to expand Blast’s presence and image in Grenada, together with articulating and enforcing our Responsible Gaming messaging.
Core Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of campaigns to promote Blast across physical and digital mediums, including social media.
- Manage all social media.
- Develop and execute marketing plans in coordination with the Regional Marketing Manager.
- Assist with conducting market research analysis to identify trends and market opportunities.
- Assist with the establishment and maintenance of sound and mutually beneficial relationships with vendors and players.
- Work with the marketing agency to produce creative materials according to the Brand Book.
- Prepare monthly reports on marketing activities.
- Source advertising opportunities and place adverts in the press, radio, or TV as appropriate and as approved by the Operations Manager.
- Liaise with media, printers, and publishers as required and manage the production of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and banners, including web banners.
- Liaise with the National Lotteries Authority on marketing programs as directed by the Operations Manager.
- Manage and maintain appropriate inventory levels of Marketing items for promotional use.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback and suggestions on how to maintain our competitive edge.
- Perform special projects as assigned by the Operations Manager.
- Manage the execution of all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities at Blast Entertainment Centres.
- Support Blast Agents in developing and executing their marketing programs.
- Provide insights that will help maintain and increase the Blast player experience.
- Ensure adherence and compliance with branding standards.
- Any other tasks, which may be required by the Operations Manager from time to time
Qualifying Requirements:
Education and Training
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a business-related discipline
- Customer relations training
Experience
- 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in designing creative content using Adobe CS would be considered an asset.
Key Competences and Attributes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management & organizational skills.
- Mastery of basic Microsoft Office applications.
- A valid driver’s license and access/possession of a vehicle is required.
- Customer relations.
