Grenville Cooperative Credit Union Ltd. invites applications from suitably qualified persons to fill the position of Human Resource Officer.
Role:
The incumbent will be responsible for discharging the Human Resource mandate of the Credit Union, which includes recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee relations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Minimum of 2 years practical experience in Human Resource management
- Knowledge in Industrial Relations
- Computer literacy
- Good supervisory skills
- Well-developed human relations skills inclusive of counselling and handling grievances
- Effective verbal, written and listening communications skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
