The Ministry of Agriculture informs the public of the suspension of the sale of plants from all propagation Stations, effective today, 9 May.
This suspension is to facilitate the preparation of new plants for the annual plant distribution season.
Farmers are urged, at this time, to start submitting their applications for plants for the 2022 season to the Ministry of Agriculture. Application forms are available at the District Extension Offices, Extension Officers and from the Ministry of Agriculture’s main office in Tanteen, St George.
The Ministry apologises for any inconveniences caused and looks forward to serving the general public during the 2022 Plant Distribution Season.

There’s no mention here of obtaining and submitting our applications online. If this can be done, why was this not mentioned in this article? If it can’t be done online, why not? In much of the even partially world, this option has long been provided. I will now yield the floor to Minister David for his response.
That’s “ … partially developed world”, Minister David.
