The remains of two bodies found following an early morning fire<\/strong>\u00a0at Balthazar St Andrew<\/b>\u00a0last Saturday 5 April<\/strong>,\u00a0<\/b>are yet to be identified.\u00a0<\/strong>A post-mortem is scheduled to identify the cause of death and the identity of the two victims.<\/b><\/p>\n

According to an officer at the Grenville Police Station, \u201cTwo burnt bodies were found after the blaze. A post-mortem is to be conducted with a view to identifying the cause of death and the identity of the victims.\u201d The officer indicated the remains were of a male and a female, with the possibility that the identity of the male may be that of the owner of the destroyed property, Shevon Augustine.<\/p>\n

Minister for Youth, Sport and Religious Affairs, and Parliamentary Representative for St Andrew South East, Hon. Emmalin Pierre, has offered her personal support and condolences to the Augustine family regarding this tragedy.<\/p>\n

The Royal Grenada Police Force (RGPF) is seeking information on the incident to assist with their ongoing investigation. Contact the RGPF at 442 7224 or 911.<\/p>\n
