{"id":106980,"date":"2024-05-23T13:00:27","date_gmt":"2024-05-23T17:00:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nowgrenada.com\/?p=106980"},"modified":"2024-05-23T13:08:44","modified_gmt":"2024-05-23T17:08:44","slug":"ariza-vacancy-manager-hr-administrative-services","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nowgrenada.com\/2024\/05\/ariza-vacancy-manager-hr-administrative-services\/","title":{"rendered":"Ariza Vacancy: Manager \u2013 HR &#038; Administrative Services"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>We are hiring!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ariza Credit Union rebranded from the Grenada Public Service Co-operative Credit Union in 2016, and is a strong, dynamic and innovative leader in the sector in Grenada and the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS).<\/p>\n<p>An opportunity exists for an experienced HR and Administrative professional to oversee routine HR functions, as well as support the branch network through provision of efficient and cost-effective filing and administrative services.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Position: Manager <\/strong><strong>\u2014 <\/strong><strong>HR &amp; Administrative Services (2-year fixed term contract)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The job holder will be responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>leading and directing the Human Resources (HR) unit\u2019s routine functions, including planning, recruitment, administering benefits, training, and development, and enforcing company policies and practices<\/li>\n<li>ensuring the secure, accurate and efficient filing of member documents to enable quick retrieval; and<\/li>\n<li>ensuring the efficient provision of administrative services to support the operations of all branches<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities would include: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Human Resource Management &amp; Development<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in the development of the Credit Union\u2019s HR strategy<\/li>\n<li>Manage the talent acquisition process<\/li>\n<li>Create learning and development programmes and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the Executive Manager: Finance on the monthly payroll to ensure on-time and accurate compensation payments<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all benefits are administered correctly.
