The Caribbean Investment Summit 2026 (CIS26), scheduled for 6–9 May 2026, in St Lucia, will feature 4 days of high-level dialogue at the intersection of regulatory convergence, market transformation, and sovereign portfolio strategies.
Prime Minister Dickon Mitchell will join fellow Caribbean leaders, international advisors, and global wealth management professionals as they explore emerging trends shaping the future of global mobility and investment.
The prime minister will speak during the opening panel discussion entitled A New Era of Regulation: Teasing Out the Opportunities and Challenges for Caribbean CBI.
The panel features:
- Hon. Dickon Mitchell, Prime Minister of Grenada
- Hon. Philip J Pierre, Prime Minister of St Lucia
- Hon. Gaston Browne, Prime Minister of Antigua and Barbuda
- Hon. Roosevelt Skerrit, Prime Minister of the Commonwealth of Dominica
- Hon. Dr Terrance Drew, Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis
This discussion will examine the regulatory reset currently underway across the region, moving beyond compliance checklists to consider how harmonised rules can become a strategic asset if effectively managed. Participants can expect a candid exchange on risk management, enforcement mechanisms, pricing floors, and the future of regional cooperation within the Citizenship by Investment (CBI) framework.
Prime Minister Mitchell is scheduled to return to the state later this afternoon following his presentation at the forum.
