Police are investigating the death of a man, whose body was found sometime after 7 am, on a beach in Simon (Seamoon), St Andrew, in an area commonly referred to as Baghdad.
The body has been identified as 20-year-old Travis “Beng” Modeste of Grand Mal, St George.
An autopsy is scheduled to be performed at a later date.
