Minister for Tourism, Hon Alexandra Otway-Noel led a three member delegation to negotiate for additional cruise calls to Grenada for the upcoming 2015/2016 cruise season at the Florida-Caribbean Cruise Association (FCCA) Cruise Conference & Trade Show.
One-on-one meetings were conducted with cruise executives from the FCCA’s 15 member lines. Cruise executives have been pleased with Grenada as a destination, with reports of high visitor satisfaction.
TUI Cruises, scheduled to arrive on 29 March 2015 will send a larger 2,500 passenger capacity ship for the upcoming cruise season 2015/2016. Holland-America Line plans to send additional calls in the latter months of 2016.
