International observers for Referendum Vote

Observers from 3 international organisations are scheduled to be in Grenada to observe the 24 November Referendum that will see Grenadians voting on 7 bills, which, if obtaining a two-thirds majority from voters, will result in amendments to the 42 year old constitution. read more
